Vivian Lee Roberts

Vivian Lee Harris Roberts was born on August 2, 1926 to Grover C. and Hattie Tyson Harris in Quitman Texas. She had one sister, Virginia Louise Henderson.

Vivian married the love of her life, Preston on June 29, 1947. During their marriage of almost 65 years, Vivian and Preston lived a full and rewarding life- traveling, fishing, square dancing and raising cattle.

Vivian graduated from Tyler Commercial College and worked 31 years for the State Department of Public Welfare.

She was a long time member of the Myrtle Springs Baptist Church.

Vivian is proceeded in death by her parents, sister, and her husband. She is survived by Sisters-in- law; Madille Vaughn of Kaufman, Lola Faye Baker of Quitman; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her smile and quick laugh. 

Visitation for Vivian will be Thursday May 14, 2020 at 10:00 AM at  Lowe Funeral Home followed by Graveside Service at Quitman Cemetery at 11:00 AM
