Virginia Louise Henderson

Funeral services for Virginia Henderson, Katy, formerly of Quitman are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes with Brother Fred Morrow officiating. Burial will follow in the Quitman City Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 Friday evening, Aug, 9th at the funeral home. Virginia passed away Aug. 7th in Katy at the age of 88. She was born in Quitman, Texas, October 2, 1924 to Grover C. and Hattie Tison Harris.

Virginia is preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Henderson in 2007. She is survived by a daughter, Anita Louise Phelps, Katy; 1 son, John David Henderson, Quitman; 1 sister, Vivian Roberts, Quitman; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandsons; several nieces and nephews.
