Staciah Seagraves, 78, of Yantis, passed away April 18, 2021 in Tyler.
Staciah Anne Mathis was born in Yantis on July 27, 1942 to the late Marvin and Ruth Marie (Harrison) Mathis. Staciah married Tommy Joe Seagraves Sr. and to this marriage, one child was born. She was a lifetime resident of Yantis, where she attended Lake Fork Baptist Church. Staciah was a friend to everyone, never meeting a stranger. She was very dedicated to Meals On Wheels, delivering meals for those in need, rain or shine. Staciah was a wonderful grandmother and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Ruth Mathis; husband, Tommy Joe Seagraves Sr.; grandson, Dustin Seagraves; nephew, Darrell Mathis; and several siblings.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Tommy Seagraves Jr. of Yantis; three brothers, Jack Mathis of Ft. Worth, Jerry Mathis and wife Patricia of Aledo, and David Mathis and wife Joyce of Yantis; five grandchildren, Chrystal Coffman, Stormy Steed, Cassi Seagraves, and Austin Seagraves; several great grandchildren and extended family members.
