Sharon Kay Glassmeyer

Sharon Kay Smith Glassmeyer, 68, went home to be with our lord and savior on the morning of April 20, 2020. She was born on January 24, 1952 to Weldon and Nadine Smith in Fort Worth Texas. A graduate of Arlington High School and attended University of Texas Arlington. She worked in Systems Implementations for HCA Hospitals and Dr. Offices in the Metroplex Area. A faithful child of God, never lost faith or hope during her long battle with multiple sclerosis while keeping her wonderful since of humor. She is survived by her husband Arthur Glassmeyer, brother; Shelby Smith (Sherry) of Oklahoma, sisters; Lou Anna Bryant (Johnny) of Waxahachie Texas, and Linda Current (Cliff) of Yantis Texas.  With multiple extended family and friends that will miss her.  Sharron Kay was preceded by her parents Weldon and Nadine Smith and her brother Weldon Ray. Closed funeral will be held at Quitman Cemetery Saturday April 25
