Rusty was born April 16, 1953 in Odessa, Texas to Lanam Thelbert and Ruby Oleta Spoon Bains. He was a retired Respiratory Therapist. He is preceded in death by his wife Terry Dickey. Rusty is survived by 1 daughter, Jessica Bains, Castle Rock, Co.
