Rollie Roy Petty

Roy Petty, 79, of Quitman, Texas passed away on March 24, 2023.

Roy Petty was born on July 19, 1943, in Houston, Texas to parents Clarence and Sarah Ryals Petty. He married the love of his life, Linda Petty, and they were married for 55 wonderful years. He was a welder and mechanic for Kraft foods for many years.

He is preceded by his wife Linda Petty.

Roy is survived by his three daughters: Lesa Sebedra and husband Joseph of Quitman, Texas; Karen Foust and husband Tom of Greenville, Texas; and Katherine Johnson and husband Brian of Gilbert, Arizona. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory of Roy to the American Heart Association.

Graveside Services for Roy Petty will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 29 at Eureka Cemetery in Corsicana, Texas. Services will be under the direction of Lowe-Gardner Funerals & Cremations in Quitman, Texas.
