Roger Franklin Woods

Roger Franklin Woods, 74, of Quitman Texas passed away Monday January 18, 2021 at his home.

Roger was born in Gladewater Texas on October 19, 1946 to Travis Franklin and Emma Christine (Surratt) Woods. Roger married the love of his life Linda who passed away September 7, 2006. Roger worked as an operator for a Container Manufacturing company.

He is preceded in death by his wife Linda Woods; parents Travis and Emma Woods; son James Woods; brother Ray Woods, and sister Kay Dunlap.

Left to cherish his precious memory his son Robert (wife Marla) Woods; daughter Terri (husband Ernest) Boyd; brother Micky (wife Carole) Woods; sisters Shirley (husband Charles) Revill, Trellis Sims; Grandchildren Haley Boyd, Alli Boyd, Makayla Woods and Emma Woods; other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Visitation for Roger Woods will be held Wednesday January 20, 2021 at Lowe Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Graveside services will be Thursday January 21, 2021 at Boyd Family Cemetery at 2:00 PM.
