Memorial services for Phyllis Kay Van Horn are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday, October 13, 2014, First Baptist Church Quitman with Rev. Terry Davis officiating. There will be no family visitation.

Kay was born August 23, 1953 in Roswell, NW to Harold W. and Corinne Robinson Horn and passed away October 8, 2014 at her residence in Quitman. She retired as a Secretary for Quitman Chiropractic Care. She was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church Quitman. Kay is preceded in death by a grandson, Gregory Cain Henderson. She is survived by her parents Harold and Connie Horn, Quitman; husband, Bruce Van Horn, Quitman, 1 son and daughter-in-law, Kevin Van Horn and wife Gaby, Quitman; 3 daughters, Paulette Henderson, Quitman; Jeanette Mason and Edward Nolen, Quitman; Ashley Van Horn and Bodie Scott, Tyler; 1 brother, Harland Horn, Quitman, 1 sister Kathy Horn, Ohio; 3 grandchildren; 3 nephews and 1 niece.
