Paul Fredirick Frey Jr., 81, beloved husband and father, was called to his eternal resting place on December 9, 2023. He entered this world on November 15, 1942, in Oklahoma City, born to Paul Fredirick and Mary Frances Dickenson Frey.

On May 22, 1976, Paul married his love, Pat, in Seguin Texas.  They later moved to Mesquite, where, over the years, they welcomed three children. They made the decision to move to the Quitman area in 1995 and have enjoyed the area ever since.

Paul earned his Associates of Applied Arts Degree which led him to work as an Administrative Professional at Team Worldwide.  Once Paul retired, he enjoyed playing dominoes with friends, playing games on his tablet, and shopping any chance he could.  He was also a member of Faith Baptist Church in Quitman and enjoyed sharing information about the Lord with others. Paul also served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife, Manila "Pat" Wood Frey; daughters Melissia (Peter) Chow of Plano and Amber Ross of Quitman; his grandchildren, Jordan, Cody, Tanner, Blake, Caden, Dakota, and Elektra; his great-grandchild, Rowan; his brother, Charlie; and his sisters, Paula, and Kathy.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Brandon; and his sisters, Florence, and Mary Frances.

A memorial service will be held for Paul on December 15, 2023, at Faith Baptist Church in Quitman at 11:00 am, with Pastor Mike Midkiff officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Faith Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1495, Quitman, TX 75783.
