Patrick Edwards

Patrick Edwards, 54, of Wills Point, passed away February 24, 2021.  A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Victory Church Canton (1200 W. College St., Canton, TX 75103). Visitation will start one hour prior to the service. Patrick Dewayne Edwards was born in Lawton, Oklahoma on September 7, 1966 to Dorothy Black and Charles Evans Edwards.  He was a truck driver for 20 years and enjoyed racing cars in his younger years. He greets in Heaven his father, Charles (Chuck) Evans Edwards; Stepfather, Louis Goodson; and his grandparents. Left to cherish his memory is his wife and love of his life, Stacy Edwards; four children, Vivian Crabtree, Kelsey Russell, Rusty Russell, and Haley Edwards; his mother, Dorothy Goodson; sister Sonya Kuhn and husband Doug; brother, Kevin Edwards and wife Suzanne;; Father and Mother-in-law Darrell and Sherry Gilchrist; brothers and sisters-in-laws, Brent and Veronica Mitchell, Melissa and Tommy Garcia, Carrie and Tommy Blue; his nephews, Justin and Robin Edwards, Brandon and Laura Kuhn, Jeremy and Glenda Kuhn, Christian and Katrina Bassford, Kai Mitchell, and Christian Garcia; his nieces, Jamie and Adam Gilmore, Victoria Edwards, Leigha and  Zack Vann, Krista Mitchell, Madison and Morgan Blue, and Mackenzie and Kirstin Garcia; and many aunts, uncles, great nieces,  great nephews, extended family and lots and lots of friends.
