Patricia C. Musgrove

Memorial service for Patricia C. Musgrove, 72, of Quitman, is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Lowe Funeral Home with Brother Fred Morrow officiating.

Patricia Carol Musgrove was born April 22, 1945 in Tyler to Jack and Ann Russell. She has resided in Quitman for 12 years and was a member of the Church of Nazarene in Mineola.

Patricia was a 24-year Navy spouse and served as a Navy ombudsman for multiple military commands, supporting thousands of military spouses and their families.

She had a great love and appreciation for history, art, music, animals, and children. Patricia never met a stranger and children flocked to her wherever she went.

She passed away Thursday morning, August 31, 2017.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lt. Col. Jack and Ann Russell; sister, Sharon McNabb; and grandson, Jonathan Reynolds.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Rhudean Musgrove of Quitman; two daughters, Debra Reynolds and husband John of Oregon, and Stephanie Tyler and husband Cody of Paris; one sister, Becky Barnes and husband Dale of Golden; five grandchildren, Bethany, Ayden, Lillian, Launa, and Issabella; and a large extended family and many friends.
