Nettie Frances Veitch

Funeral service for Nettie Frances Veitch, 94, of Quitman is scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday, December 31, 2018 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes with David Cook officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.

Nettie was born November 19, 1924 in Golden to George and Mary Robinson Barnett. She worked as a homemaker and enjoyed her family and fishing. Taking care of her home and other people was her passion. She was a member of Church of Christ, Quitman.

Nettie passed away the morning of Friday, December 28, 2018. She lived in Wood County for most of her life.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis, her parents, 1 daughter , 2 brothers, 2 sisters and 3 grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Eddie and Marilyn Veitch of Quitman and Bobby and Lynn Veitch of Lindale ,8 grandchildren,21 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons.
