Thursday, November 19, 2015 Clover Hill Baptist Church, FM 69 Quitman with Brothers Mark Bradberry and Don Vaughn officiating. Nelva Sue was born March 16, 1936 in Simpsonville, Texas to Alvin and Trudy Black Bickerstaff and passed away November 15, 2015 in Tyler, TX. She has lived in Wood County since 2002 moving from Dallas and was a member of Clover Hill Baptist Church. She worked in retail sales in Food Service.

Nelva Sue is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Mark Morris and 1 sister, Delilah Bickerstaff. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Rodger Sykora, Quitman; 2 sons, Wade Morris, Quitman and Steven Morris, Fort Stockton; 1 brother, Paul Bickerstaff, Dallas, 2 sisters, Bettye Moore, Monroe, LA and Nita Tucker, Corpus
Christi, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family.
