Nancy Jean Petty

Nancy Jean Petty, age 69, of Yantis, passed away on January 25, 2018.

Nancy was born in Bakersfield, CA to Douglas Combs and Opal (Sperry) Combs Whitmore.

Nancy and her husband Louie Petty lived in Waxahachie, TX 28 before moving to Yantis 4 years ago. They are members of Wood County Cowboy Church. Nancy was a horse trainer and worked for the Assurant Group Insurance.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Louie Petty of Yantis; son, Robert Collier of Cashion, OK; daughter, Shelly Inskeep of Nacogdoches, TX; and sister, Susan Kathleen Marineau of Virgina; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service for Nancy and her husband Louie is scheduled for 3:00 PM Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Wood County Cowboy Church in Quitman.
