Martha had a rich heritage of southern gospel music and the Ross family sang often in the area. After retiring in 1992, Martha made time for volunteering at the local hospital as a "pink lady"; was involved with the Pilot Club and played the piano for Sunday services at The Heritage for many years. She dearly loved being surrounded by her family. A homemaker at heart, she found quiet pleasure in sewing, cooking and will be remembered, like the Martha who served Jesus, as a selfless servant in ministry to others.

The family would like to thank the many physicians, nurses, and caregivers who showed compassion and care for our sweet Mom, wife, and Nanny.
