Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 22, 2015 Lowe Funeral Home Chapel Quitman with Reverend Lanny Bridges and Brother Fred Morrow officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 P.M. Saturday evening, Lowe Funeral Home Quitman.

Louise was born November 23, 1930 in Quitman to the late Horace Lindsey and Annis Eliva Moore Bridges. She was a Food Service Superviser, a member of the First United Methodist Church Quitman and a member of the United Methodist Women. She was also a member of the Woodmen of the World Lodge and Jim Hogg Grange. Louise was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Roscoe Penix and C. W. "Red" Hines; 3 brothers, 3 sisters and her son Tim Penix.

She is survived by 1 son, Bill Penix and wife Marti, Plano; 1 daughter, Anneice Seeton and husband Glenn, Mineola; 1 brother, Preston Bridges and wife Barbara, Quitman; 6 grandchildren, Emily, Cassie, Amber, Blake, Brian, and Ross; 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
