Graveside services for Lou Ella Brooke, 77, Quitman are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 7, 2012 at the Concord Cemetery with Brother Fred Morrow officiating. Family will receive friends at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Lou Ella was born October 12, 1935 to George A. and Hannah A. Pollard Brooke in Wood County. She passed away December 5, 2012 in Quitman. She was retired as Secretary for Wood County Appraisal District and lived in Wood County most of her life. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Mineola. Lou Ella was preceded by her parents; 1 Brother, Reese Brooke and 2 sisters; Eula D. Valentine and Elaine Brooke. She is survived by 4 nephews.
