Lillie Hickman Lutonsky

Funeral service for Mrs. Lillie Mae Lutonsky, 83, of Quitman, is scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, July 5, 2019 at Lowe Funeral Home with Chaplain Beverly Gunn officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.

Lillie was born September 16, 1935 in Doughterty, Texas to Frankie and Lola (Miles) Oliver. She moved to Quitman from Emory in 1978. She worked for Grand Saline Manufacturing as a machinist for 15 years and also farmed sweet potatoes and watermelon alongside her husband. Lillie was a beloved wife and mother and loved to spend time with her family.

Lillie passed away early Wednesday morning, July 3, 2019.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one sister; one brother; and her sons, Thomas Hickman and Jerry Mack Hickman.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 40 years, Walter Lutonsky Sr. of Quitman; one son, Walter Lutonsky Jr. and wife Kathy of Quitman; two daughters, Mary Kibler and husband Bob of Quitman, and Patricia Latham of Emory; 10 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and a host of extended family members and friends.
