Lillie Maxine Gilbreath

Lillie "Maxine" Gilbreath, 96, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 in Sulphur Springs, TX.

Maxine was born on January 15, 1922 in Wood County, TX to Finnie and Henrietta Bevill. Lillie was married to A.T. "Booster" Gilbreath for 61 years until his passing in 2003. She lived in Wood County all of her life and was a member of First Baptist Church in Yantis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Finnie and Henrietta (Young) Bevill, her husband, A.T. "Booster" Gilbreath, Step-Mother, Jessie Bevill; brothers, Troy Bevill, James Bevill, Frankie Bevill, Joe Bevill, Glenn Bevill; Sisters, Ruth Gilbreath, Rachel Bevill and Joyce Gilbreath.

Left to cherish her memory is one daughter, Pansy Clopton and husband Bob of Yantis; two sons, Keith Gilbreath and wife Sharon of Yantis, Tony Gilbreath and wife Kathy of Quitman; one sister, Marcille Graham of Yantis; grandsons, Kevin Clopton, Kell Clopton, Heath Gilbreath and Tray Gilbreath; granddaughters, Tyra Kenemore, Heather Gilbreath and Jessica Ingram; and 15 great grandchildren.

Services for Lillie "Maxine" Gilbreath will be held on Tuesday, 10:00 AM, February 20, 2018 at First Baptist Church Yantis with Bro. Robert Kinsey officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held, Monday, February 19, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Lowe Funeral Home in Quitman.

Serving as pallbearers are Kevin Clopton, Kell Clopton, Heath Gilbreath, Tray Gilbreath, Bryce Clopton and Braiden Clopton. Honorary pallbearer: Keith Kenemore.
