Funeral services for Lillian VaRue Ingerson 85, Hawkins, Texas are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Saturday, July 11, 2015, Lowe Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes, Quitman with Reverend Terry Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Hawkins City Cemetery, Hawkins. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 P.M. Friday evening July 10th, Lowe Funeral Home, Quitman.
Lillian was born August 10, 1929 to the late J W and Lillie McQueary Hicks in Nocona, Texas and passed away July 7, 2015 in Mineola. She was a homemaker and a member of the Receccas Lodge. She has lived in Wood County 25 years moving from Alaska. She married her husband Charles Riley Ingerson April 9, 1949.

Lillian is survived by her husband, Charles R. Ingerson; 3 sons, Charles R. Ingerson, Jr and wife Kathy, Lynchburg, VA, Carl Ray Ingerson, Hawkins, TX, Kevin Ingerson, Anchorage, AK; 4 daughters, Krista Tallant and husband Jimmy, Shamrock, TX, Kathy Sutton, Anchorage, AK, Koletta Person, Mexia, TX and LaDeana Gibson and husband Clay, Valdez, AK; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
