Kathryn Joan Durden

Memorial service for Kathy Durden, 70, of Winnsboro, is scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Fellowship Baptist Church in East Point with Brother Paul Chandler officiating.

Kathryn Joan Durden was born December 22, 1947 in Winnsboro to Charles and Mavis Louise (Murphy) Martin. She was the head clerk for West Chevron for many years and later worked as the manager of Country Lane Apartments in Winnsboro. Kathy was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Kathy went to be with the Lord Thursday afternoon, June 21, 2018.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mavis Louise Martin; and her brothers and sisters.

Left to cherish her memory is her two daughters, Terrie Durden of Winnsboro and Tracie Henson of Winnsboro; three grandkids, Mavis Kathryn Durden, Dakota Gail Henson, and William Aaron Henson; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
