Katherine "Katie" Ann Dickson

Funeral service for Katherine Ann (Katie) Dickson, 25, of Austin, are scheduled for 1:00 PM Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Quitman Public Library with Dona Marron-Garcia officiating. Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery.

Katherine Ann Dickson was born April 9, 1991 in Quitman to George H. Dickson and Lauri Ann Daves. She lived in Austin three years, moving from Corpus Christi. While living in Corpus Christi, she attended Asbury United Methodist Church, and attended Gateway Church in Austin. She worked as a photographer’s assistant.

Katie passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 in Austin.

She is preceded in death by her cousin, Margaret Kahla; aunt, Carolyn Hartsfield Bowles; grandfather, Jack Hartsfield; cousin, James Loveless; and grandmother, Nova Bryant Dickson.

Left to cherish her memories is her father, George Dickson of Austin; mother and stepfather, Lauri and Gary White of Austin; maternal great grandmother, Peggy Hartsfield of Quitman; maternal grandmother, Cynthia Hartsfield and Sheridan Berthiaume of Kerrville; maternal grandfather, Alan Daves and Sandy of Austin; one brother, Jonathan Adams of Corpus Christi; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family.
