Karin Marie Wrape

Karin Marie Wrape, age 59, of Mineola, passed away on Monday July 18, 2022, in Mineola. She was born June 19, 1963, to Benjamin Morris Sherlock and Ruth Foss Brown in Boston, Massachusetts.

She was a wonderful artist, enjoyed watching movies, loved her cats, and had a great green thumb.

She is survived by her sister, Krista Riley of Canon Lake, CA; nephews, Brandon Bourne, and Michael Bourne; nieces, Brianna Bourne, and Kianna Railey;  Aunt Martha Neff and husband William, Aunt Phyllis Howard and her son Larry McKay, Aunt Mary Allen, and her son Ray Arnold, Charlotte Jerome, William Jerome, Gabrielle Jerome, Dora Sojourner and husband Sean, and their son Michael Confer and his wife Lacy, and their children Ella, Alaric, Elex, August, and Anna.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Sherlock, and Ruth Foss Brown.

A special thank you to Sean and Dora Sojourner who provided Karin a home after Karin’s father Benjamin Sherlock passed away.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
