Judy Gordon

Funeral services for Judy Gordon 86 Quitman, are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday November 21, 2015 Brocks Chapel United Methodist Church Quitman with Reverend Clara Love officiating. Burial will follow in Quitman City Cemetery. There is no formal visitation scheduled.

Judy was born November 23, 1928 in Quitman, TX to Walter Gordon and Nellie Mae Banks Gordon and passed away November 11, 2015 at her residence in Quitman. She was a Licensed Vocational Nurse and retired from Wood County Central Hospital, Quitman. She was a member of the Kiwanis Club, Quitman; served 10 yrs on Quitman City Council; a member of the Forever Young Club Quitman; member of ABWA and served at Brocks Chapel as Secretary.

She is preceded in death by her parents; 1 sister and 2 brothers. Judy is survived by her son, Rodney Gordon, Quitman; 1 brother, Ozell Gordon, Ft. Worth; 1 granddaughter, Alanis Gordon, Grand Prairie, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
