Joe Armold

Funeral service for Foster Joseph “Joe” Armold is scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday, October 26, 2018 at Lowe Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Son officiating. Interment will follow at Yantis Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home.

Joe Armold was born February 17, 1937 in Kettering, Ohio to Clifford Noble and Claudine (Kelly) Armold. He attended Fairmont High School in Kettering, Ohio and attended college in Dayton. He served his country proudly in the Army National Guard. He was a member of First Christian Church in Mineola.

Joe passed away Sunday afternoon, October 21, 2018 at his home at the age of 81.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Noble and Claudine Armold, and his brother, Charles T. Arnold.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Katherine Armold of Yantis; daughter, Lisa Crump and husband Gary of Tucson, Arizona; and one grandson, Alexander Crump.

Serving as pallbearers are Alexander Crump, Mike Endrizzi, Jerry Cryer, and David Nichols.
