Graveside services for Jerry Tom Rogers, 77 Quitman are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Friday, Rock Hill Cemetery with Brother Rodney Crist officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday evening October 1st at Lowe Funeral Home, Quitman.

Jerry Tom was born September 15, 1938 in Yantis, Texas to the late James Haskel and Jessie Hyde Rogers and passed away in Tyler, Texas September 27, 2015. He was a self employed Dairyman and a Baptist. He is survived by 5 sons; Jeff Rogers and wife Annette, Nacogdoches, Steven Rogers, Tyler, Tommy Rogers and wife Tammy, Diana, Terry Rogers and Ronny Rogers, both of Quitman; 1 daughter Liaa Barnhart and David Kaufman, Diana; 1 brother, James Rogers, Quitman, 1 sister, Judy Newman, Sulphur Springs; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; 1 nephew, Jimmy Joe Rogers, Quitman, 1 niece, Julie Jones, Quitman and extended family.
