Jerry passed away January 4, 2013 at his residence in Quiman. Jerry was born September 6, 1953 in Alice, Texas to Roy and Mary Lou Edwards. He is the Executive Director for NET Child Advocacy Center. He moved to Quitman April 1982 from Paris, Texas and was a member of Sand Springs Baptist Church, Mineola. He is survived by his wife Laura Edwards, Quitman; 2 Sons, Jerry Edwards, Mansfield, TX and Jim Edwards Brownsville, TX; 1 Daughter, Jennifer Edwards, Tyler, TX; 2 Sisters, Darla Hornick, Rainbow, TX and Judy Davis, Nashville, TN. and 7 Grandchildren.
