Funeral services for Gailya Ann "Gay" Turner 73, Quitman are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 2, 2015, Lowe Funeral Home Chapel, Quitman with Pastor C. J. Duffey officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Wood County. Family will receive friends 1 hr prior to service time at Lowe Funeral Home.

Gay was born July 25, 1941 in Dallas to the late Bryan and Lorene Marshall Cornelius and passed away April 29, 2015 at her residence in Quitman. She was a Med Aide at The Heritage Nursing Home and a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents. Gay is survived by her husband Max Turner, Quitman; 1 son, Michael Turner, Quitman; 2 daughters, Mindi Turner and Misti Nichols, Quitman; 1 sister, Linda Elles, Quitman; 5 grandchildren,
Chris, Brooke, Carson, Colby and Lacy; 2 great grandchildren, Weston Daniel and Elijah Turner. Chrissandra Miller, loving and devoted caregiver and friend.
