Frances Mae Pinson

Funeral service for Frances Mae Pinson, 57, of Quitman, are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Lowe Funeral Home with Brother James Scott and Brother Fred Morrow officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Mineola. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday April 1, 2016 at the funeral home.

Frances was born April 3, 1958 in Quitman to J.D. and Alta Mae Dopson and passed away March 30, 2016 at her home. She was a lifetime resident of Quitman, working in child care at Guiding Light Too. She was also a member of East Point Missionary Baptist Church in Winnsboro.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, James Dopson; and one sister, Linda Woods.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Pinson of Quitman; one son, Joshua Pinson and wife Jamie of Quitman; one daughter, Jennifer Valdovinos and husband Adolfo of Sulphur Springs; one sister, Lois Jones of Quitman; and two grandchildren, Tatum and Skyler Pinson.

Serving as pallbearers are Bryce McGovern, Lil Tony McGovern, Zak May, Andy May, Dee Dopson, Chris Woods, Robert Woods, and Earnest Boyd.
