Funeral services for Donald "Red" Dailey are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes with Doug Henderson officiating. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service time. (from 1:00 -2:00 PM) There will be no burial. He passed away August 29th in Quitman. He was born May 29, 1963 in Dallas County to James W. and Anna Laura Gordy Dailey. He was a truck driver and a baptist and lived in Wood County most of his life.

James is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Jane Dailey, Quitman; 1 son, Charles Laird and Leslie, Seagoville; 2 daughters, Lisa Gilley and Tim, Maritta, OK, Brenda Laird and Wesley Horn, Joshua, Tx; 1 brother, Ricky Dailey, Quitman, TX; 2 sisters, Joyce Cumbie and Irene Ruckman, Quitman; 9 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
