Dolores Harriett Spanko

Funeral services for Dolores Spanko are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2014, Lowe Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes, Quitman with Reverend Terry Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Concord Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Dolores was born June 19, l924 in Chicago, IL to Thomas and Hannah Kennell and passed away March 7, 2014 in Quitman. She was a baptist and attended Hainesville Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Dolores is preceded in death by her husband Frank Spanko who passed away in 2002, and a sister, Elaine Green. She is survived by 3 sons, David Spanko, Gladewater, Michael Spanko and Jimmy Spanko both of Quitman; 1 daughter and son-in-law Sandra English and James, Mineola; sister-in-law, Barbara Banks, Deer Park, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
