Dennis James Scannell, 74, of Alba Texas passed away on Tuesday September 29, 2020. He was born on June 5, 1946 in St. Louis Missouri to his parents Paul V. Scannell and Frances Hayden. Dennis joined the Navy in August of 1965 and served two tours in Vietnam.
Interment Services at the National Cemetery for Mr. Scannell will be determined at a later date.
