Memorial services for Dary Walker Steinberg, 77, Quitman, are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Liberty United Methodist Church with Dr. Dick White officiating.

Dary was born July 14, 1938 in Tulsa, OK to Eura Elwin Steinberg and Evelyn Victoria Bennett Steinberg and passed away at his residence in Quitman, December 18, 2015. He was retired from the US Navy and later served as Bingo operator for Forever Young Activity Center in Quitman.

Dary is survived by his wife Ann Steinberg of Quitman; 6 sons, Thomas Steinberg and wife Georgia of Tulsa, OK; Michael John Steinberg of Houston, TX; Robert R. Covey of Columbus, Ohio; Wayne A. Covey and wife Susan Ash of San Antonio, TX; Mark D. Covey and wife Kelly of San Diego, CA; Neil Covey and wife Deborah of Thornton, CO; 4 daughters, Christina and Jerry Alford of Pearland, TX; Cynthia Frazer and Jay Howell of Sealy, TX; Kara Covey of Houston, TX; Darra and Dave Winton of Catoosa, OK; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and four legged friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Liberty Methodist Church or Ann Steinberg.
