Connor David McCaslin

“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

Connor David McCaslin was born on May the 1st, 2023 at 3:29 am at Baylor Medical Center. 15 minutes after his twin brother Bennett Carl. Connor would only know this world a few short hours surrounded by people who loved him and cared for him before being welcomed into the arms of Jesus. He was able to share a brief time in the arms of his parents before gaining his heavenly wings. 

Connor was preceded in death by his grandfather David Wayne Gilbreath and his great grandfather Wayne Gilbreath who were there to welcome him to his eternal home and heavenly pastures. 

Connor is survived by his parents Rachel and Colin McCaslin of Sunnyvale and his older brother Noah and twin brother Bennett. 

He is also survived by his grandparents Wendy and Carl “Butch” McCaslin of Dallas, Donna Gilbreath of Garland, Great Grandmother Jo Nell Gilbreath of Quitman, His aunts and uncles Benjamin McCaslin of Dallas, Katherine and Justin Jones of Mesquite, and Rebecca Gilbreath of Dallas and his cousins Hunter, Sullivan, and Harrison McCaslin and Charlotte Jones as well as his extended family of great aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

A graveside funeral will be held at Rockhill Cemetery on Saturday, May 20th, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
