Funeral services for Charlotte Ann Love, 71, Winnsboro are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel of the Chimes, Quitman, with Brother Fred Morrow and Reverend Charles Ethridge officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Mineola. Family will receive friends 1 hr. prior to service time at Lowe Funeral Home.Charlotte was born May 17, 1941 to David Clyde and Sarah Olga Layton Holt. She passed away March 24, 2013 in Tyler. She has lived in Winnsboro 21 years coming from Quitman. She was a member of Pine Street Baptist Church and a Volunteer for Trinity Mother Frances Hospital, Winnsboro.

Charlotte is preceded by son Shannon Love. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Buford Love, Winnsboro; 2 Sons, Reggie and Kim Low, Quitman and Jason and Sonja Love, Mansfield, TX.; 2 Sisters, Jo Jones, Overton, TX and Betty Womack, Longview, TX; 4 Grandchildren and 3 nephews.
