Funeral services for Carolyn Blaylock Caton, 64, Quitman are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel, Quitman, with Brother Neil Burton officiating. Burial will follow in the Turner cemetery in Wood County. Family will receive friends Monday evening, December 9th at the funeral home. She was born June 25, 1949 in Big Springs, Tx. to Alford and Bertha L. Gilbreath Blaylock. She was a health care worker and had lived in Quitman 18 years moving from Dallas. She was a member of Calvary East Baptist Church in Seagoville. Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents; 1 sister, Betty Jean Anders and 2 brothers; Alfred Andrew Blaylock and Hilbert Ray Blaylock. She is survived by her husband Tim Caton, Quitman; 2 daughters, Christie Lawhon Evans, Kemp, Tx. and Angela Blaylock Wright, Dallas; 1 brother, Ray Blaylock, Houston; 4 grandchildren, Heather, Jamie and Trey Evans, Mesquite, and Alexis Wright, Dallas; and 5 great grandchildren.
