Bodhi & Kove
Ruiz
April 23, 2026
Bodhi and Kove Ruiz were welcomed into the world far too soon on April 23, 2026, at 22 weeks and 5 days gestation. Though their time here was brief, they were deeply loved from the very beginning and forever changed the hearts of their family.
Bodhi was born at 4:26 PM and, despite every effort made by the hospital staff, was born sleeping. Just two minutes later, at 4:28 PM, his twin brother Kove arrived ready to fight with incredible strength and determination. Surrounded by love every moment of his life, Kove spent two precious days with his family before peacefully passing on April 25, 2026.
From the moment they were known, Bodhi and Kove were cherished by their parents, Allyson Corrior and Nathan Ruiz, and eagerly awaited by their siblings, who were excited to welcome their baby brothers home. Their nursery, lovingly prepared in a cowboy and western theme, reflected the dreams and love already built around the twins long before their arrival.
Though their time on earth was short, Bodhi and Kove brought immeasurable love, hope, and meaning to all who knew them. Their tiny lives left an everlasting imprint on the hearts of their family, and they will forever be remembered as deeply wanted, deeply loved little boys.
They are survived by their loving parents, Allyson Corrior and Nathan Ruiz; their siblings, Rosealee and Eunice; maternal grandmother, Heather and husband Daniel; maternal grandfather, Erin; paternal grandmother, Crystal; paternal grandfather, Uribe; paternal great grandparents, Bill and Brenda Smart; maternal great grandparents, David and Janet Corrior; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” — Matthew 19:14
Though Bodhi and Kove’s earthly journey was brief, the love shared with them will endure forever. Their family will carry them in their hearts always, until they are together again.
