Billy Ray Hervey

Services for Mr. Billy Ray Hervey, 64, of Quitman, are scheduled for 1:00 PM Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Muddy Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Quitman. Repass will follow at Muddy Creek Fellowship Hall.

Billy Ray Hervey was born at home in Quitman on December 12, 1954 to Turner and Imogene (Ellis) Hervey. He lived all of his life in Quitman. He worked for Tyler Pipe and later worked for a dairy.

Mr. Hervey passed away Thursday evening, April 18, 2019 in Winnsboro.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Turner and Imogene Hervey, and sister Norma Jean Hervey.

Left to cherish his memory are his two brothers, Clyde Hervey and Phillip Washington, both of Quitman; sister, Baby Nell Hervey of Dallas; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends.
