Billie Jo Partney

Graveside service for Billie Jo Partney, 82, of Mineola, are scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday April 21, 2016 at Union Chapel Cemetery in Van Zandt County. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM at Lowe Funeral Home.

Billie Jo Partney was born on March 7, 1934 in Van to Martin and Lucille Allen and passed away April 19, 2016 at her home in Mineola. She lived in Mineola 13 years, coming from Lake Palestine. She was a homemaker and a member of Hainesville Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Partney.

Survivors include two daughters, Dianna Fate of Mineola and Kathy Faust of Smith County; four grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers are Aaron Little and Michael Stiles.
