Beverly Wannetta Dyer-Tant

Beverly Wannetta Dyer Tant passed away at 81 years old in her home in Quitman, TX on Wednesday May 7th, 2025. Beverly was born in Yantis, TX, and raised in the Ft. Worth area. She is survived by her only daughter Sherri Tant, granddaughter Alexandria Rodriguez, and two great grandsons Jerry and Carter Bordelon.

There will be a service in Quitman, TX at Lowe-Gardner Funerals & Cremations at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 6, 2025. She will be laid to rest with her husband Jerry Tant at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery on July 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM. She is now reunited with her family in heaven, which includes her husband Jerry Tant, and Mother and Father Charlene Sharp Dyer from Yantis TX and Milford Dyer from Quitman TX.

Beverly was a loving mother and wife and lived a full life of love and adventure. Traveling with her husband and daughter to many different countries including Russia, Germany, Spain and Mexico, and that is just a few of which she traveled to. She enjoyed making lasting memories and family was always her top priority.

Prior to retirement she worked for the Texas Rehabilitation Commission for almost 20 years. She enjoyed her work helping others. Aside from work, she loved taking care of her husband Jerry who was ill the last 13 years of his life and her only granddaughter Alexandria.

Everyone who met her and got to know her loved her dearly. Beverly will be missed by all who knew and loved her, but she will never be forgotten.
