Arlin was born January 13, 1933 in Quitman, TX to Ray and Gladys Harris. He passed away January 9, 2013 in Quitman. Arlin was a former Wood County Deputy and Wood County Sheriff, l9 years at Wood County Electric and former owner of Harris Flower Shop. He lived in Quitman most of his life and was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Harris, Quitman; 2 Daughters, Debra and Steve Callison, Quitman, TX and Cindy Busby, Quitman, Texas; 1 Brother, Richard Harris, Big Sandy, TX. and 1 Sister, Freida Stroud, Pine Mills, Tx. 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
