Arlen Lee Harrison

Memorial service for Arlen Lee Harrison, 57, of Quitman, is scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Lowe Funeral Home with Brother Lewis Roach officiating.

Arlen Lee Harrison was born in Quitman on August 9, 1959 to George A. Harrison and Wanda (Roach) Harrison. He attended High School in Quitman and lived and worked in Wood County most of his life, working as a Heavy-Equipment Operator.

Arlen passed away Monday evening, January 9, 2017 in Quitman.

He is preceded in death by his father; grandparents, BA and Katy Harrison and E.A. and Ollie Roach; and several aunts and uncles.

He is survived by two sons, Brett and Chett Harrison of Addison; mother, Wanda Fletcher of Quitman; two sisters, Sonja Harrison and Brenda Stone, both of Quitman; half-brother, David Harrison of Sulphur Springs; aunt, Elsie Love; uncle and aunt Loyd and Bobbie Roach; he also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family would like to thank Stacy, James, Jessica, Kari, and all of the team from Reflections Hospice and Heritage of Quitman for their wonderful care and support making the last few days of Arlen’s life more comfortable.
